Business Owner and Beverly Hills Commissioner
Noelle currently serves as the Chair of the Beverly Hills Human Relations Commission where they address some of the City's most pressing issues such as homelessness, anti-hate, community assistance and civility.
In 2021 she chaired Next Beverly Hills, a committee of young leaders chartered by the Mayor and the City of Beverly Hills to engage millennial residents through innovative initiatives.

As a Beverly Hills Human Relations Commissioner, Noelle works hard to actively establish our city as a model of a just and equitable society.
Miss California
Noelle was also Miss California and 4th runner-up to Miss America. She traveled over 30,000 miles speaking about her autism awareness platform.
Mental Health Advocate
Noelle has made mental wellness and healing one of her priorities. In 2023 she helped bring the Day of Wellness to the City of Beverly Hills.
